Terms and Conditions

The raffle is valid for all meeting or group reservations, made between 00:01 on April 20th and 11:59 pm on April 27th, 2024. Reservations must be made directly with our Sales Department.
On April 29, 2024, the 20 prizes will be drawn. The order to be considered for the prize draw is from the first to the last prize.
Winners will be contacted by email (the email address shown in the winning booking record).
Prizes are individual and non-transferable. Only one prize is valid per booking.
Accommodation prizes are valid for accommodation in a standard room.
These offers cannot be combined with other current offers or promotions.
We retain the right to have closed dates in specific periods during which this offer is not valid.
Prizes are subject to prior reservation and availability at Grande Real Santa Eulália Resort & Spa Hotel.
