All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card and/or prepayment, according to the conditions of the selected rate.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit card prior to arrival.
Payment conditions depend on the selected rate, stay period and applicable promotional conditions.
Applicable payment conditions will always be presented during the booking process and confirmation.
Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate, stay period and applicable promotional conditions.
Applicable cancellation and no-show conditions will always be presented during the booking process and confirmation.
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A maximum of 1 extra bed is permitted per room, subject to hotel availability and the room type booked.
Check-in: from 16h00 for the Hotel and Resort Villas
Check-out: until 12h00 for Hotel rooms and suites and until 10h00 for the Resort Villas
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Albufeira City Tax:
From April to October, €2 per night, per guest aged 13 years old or above, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights per stay. Subject to changes in local legislation applicable at the time of stay.
Group Policy:
Reservations for 10 or more rooms with overlapping stay dates are considered group bookings and may be subject to specific group conditions, overriding individual booking policies. For group requests, please contact our Groups Department: groups@realhotelsgroup.com
Multiple bookings romms:
Up to 4 rooms may be booked per reservation, facilitating stays for families or small groups. All rooms included in the same reservation must share the same check-in and check-out dates. For different stay periods, separate reservations must be made, or our Reservations Department should be contacted.
Personal data:
Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Group Privacy Policy.
Documentation:
Upon check-in, valid identification documents for all guests, including children and infants, are mandatory. (passport or national ID card)
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the entire interior of the hotel. Please note that if you smoke inside the hotel, there is a possible fine of 250Eur.
Parking is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Swimming pools:
The indoor and outdoor pools may operate seasonally and their availability may vary according to weather conditions and hotel operation.
Extra charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.
The hotel reserves the right to amend this Booking Policy without prior notice.
Specific conditions applicable to each reservation will always be presented at the time of booking confirmation.
All prices mentioned include VAT at the legal rate in force.
The Guest shall be held liable for any loss or damage to the property caused directly or indirectly by the Guest or by any person under their responsibility. The Guest expressly authorises the Hotel to charge, as a security deposit, the credit card provided at check-in, for any expenses incurred as a result of their conduct, including negligent or unintentional acts. The Hotel shall return the security deposit, or the excess thereof, after due repair of the damage, duly documented. If the Guest does not provide a credit card to the Hotel, a deposit may be required to guarantee against potential damage or loss to the facilities and/or equipment made available to them.
